"Nancy is the absolute best realtor I have ever worked with! I have bought and sold three homes in different states and she is in an elite class of realtors. She is pleasant to work with, and knows when to be nice and when to be firm. She is incredibly knowledgeable about the market, construction and real estate procedures. She knows exactly which inspections to recommend. Thanks to her, I had a sewer inspection done and the previous owner had to make a $2,000 repair before I closed on the house. I trust her so much that I put my house on the market and moved across the country with the sale in her hands. Even though the market had started to cool down, she had my house sold in 3 weeks and we completed the closing 3000 miles apart. If only I could have brought her across the country to work with her again!"

"Nancy Shannon was recommended by a friend and she did an excellent job. We had to move my mother into assisted living and Nancy was excellent support in selling the house. Nancy helped us assess what was important to update for the sale even though we were overwhelmed. We sold the house for more than we expected. It was interesting to see how she adapted her assistance for another friend, also selling a house. My friend had more time and energy to update her house. When the a contractor was slow during Portland's awful ice storm, Nancy lit a fire to get them going. An intriguing contrast to her attitude with us as sellers for my mother - she was more relaxed, said do what you can, was excellent in assessing what was most effective."

"Nancy had a very thorough knowledge of everything we needed to accomplish for setting up our house (of 45 years) and estate for sale. Her support for my elderly mother was and is exceptional and sincere. She was very successful in getting our house sold, for a price better than we had asked, to a good new owner that we feel will treat this home as we had.I highly recommend her to anyone that is in need of selling their house or land."

"Nancy is a true professional and above all she does it with a heart! She takes time to give you all the details and ramifications of the many decisions you will be making. She has a wonderful team of people to recommend for any possible problem. Most of all she deals with you as a person. She LISTENS!
